Our client is looking for a receptionist/office admin intern/attachee.

MAIN DUTIES:

Major Responsibilities:

Man the office and ensure that it is tidy all the time.

Manage petty cash

Process customer bookings.

Receive and send emails.

Receive and make phone calls.

Housekeeping

Data capturing.

Administrative tasks

Manage clients

Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Studying towards a related qualification and seeking attachment placement.
